first up, props to DJ Benzi for the photo I stole, I know he didn't physically take the pic, but hes the shit so I'm giving him credit for pilfering it off his blog. DJ AM, otherwise known as Adam Goldstein, a fellow tribe member, died recently of a drug overdose. He was best known as a celebrity DJ, appearing on entourage, dating and becoming engaged to Nicole Hilton, and being in the band crazy town, but most people don't really understand that the dude was in reality, a really fucking good DJ. When Shade 45 played the tribute, which was essentially just the two mix tapes AM made with long time friend Travis Barker, you really got to see the depth of this dude, who spun records and scratched on vinyl old school like its supposed to be done. On top of being in the public eye, he was a huge sneaker fan, with over 400 pairs of limited edition high end sneakers, and he had a sick lambo too ;) AM, YOU WILL BE MISSED BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.
